PETE D'ALESSANDRO, AUTHOR
After graduating from Penn State University, Pete D'Alessandro moved to Hollywood, CA in search of fame and fortune. Having found neither, he decided to lose the weight that had plagued him his whole life. He has served as project manager for the TV show Clean Sweep, worked on feature films, been a field engineer for a major government contractor, a professional organizer, and a bartender. He now performs stand-up all over the country, and he recently ran the LA and San Diego marathons. Fame and fortune still elude him.
